Royal College of Art graduate Angharad McLaren is a textile designer creating contemporary woven textiles inspired by her travels, adventures and love of the great outdoors.
In an experimental design process, traditional techniques are explored, manipulated and updated, combined with unusual yarns and her award winning use of colour to produce tactile designs for interior and fashion accessories. Designs are hand-woven or produced in small batches at UK weaving mills. |
